You may also have luck on Priceline or other hotel bargain websites. If you go that route, make sure to search in the Chicago "loop" or Lincoln Park area, so you don't wind up in a remote location near the airport. Also, let us know where you'll be staying–we're trying to arrange group transportation to and from the party.
